Tuki collects the following data:

  • Register online with our recruitment services.
  • Create a login with our website , webapp or mobile app.

We use the information we collect to provide our services. Tuki only shares your data to help you succeed at work. If using Tuki to get a new job, Tuki will share the data you provided with prospective new employers who may be interested in hiring you. If using Tuki to complete an on-demand shift with a restaurant, Tuki will share your data with the restaurant so they can offer you a contract for a shift and therefore accept you into their system.
How we store your data
Tuki securely stores your data on google cloud services using AES-256 encryption.
Tuki will keep your data from employers and recruitment data for 2 years since the last time we register your activity. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data by deleting your account.

Tuki would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:
The right to access – You have the right to request Tuki for copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.

The right to rectification – You have the right to request that Tuki correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request Tuki to complete the information you believe is incomplete.

The right to erasure – You have the right to request that Tuki erase your personal data, under certain conditions.

The right to restrict processing – You have the right to request that Tuki restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
