Tuki’s style of management is a hybrid system that incorporates aspects of democratic decision making and consensus building. However, integrated into the system there is always a leader for each team, project and function. Leaders are chosen because of domain expertise, passion and their ability to facilitate projects. Practicing and developing a person's leadership style is an important component to being part of the Tuki community. As such, every member of the Tuki family has certain responsibilities or acts as a leader in one or more different capacities.
