Tuki means support. Helping others is in our DNA!

Tuki is a family. One which is on a mission to help people find the right jobs and business build the right teams.

Lead by Udai, Jorge and Jordan we are a unique bunch of problem solvers. Everyone in the family is a bit different, we love diversity, but there are also similarities between all of us that fosters mutual respect.

We are all intellectually curious, hard working and most importantly have a strong desire to be good and do good.

Udai has experience as a market development and product development professional. He has worked as an intrapreneur across the world giving him insights into how people work, behave and consume in different geographies, cultures and economies. In his free time he enjoys football, tennis, travelling, beer, learning how to cook new things and cooking for others.

Jorge Martins

Jorge is obsessed with building solutions. He is an architect level developer with a vast amount of professional experience in leading engineering teams as well as architecting solutions for different platforms. In his free time he enjoys learning Japanese.

Jordan Kupersmith

Chief Data Scientist

Jordan started his career making pizzas and then waited tables. He then travelled the US organising unions of food service workers. He worked his way up as a Data Scientist for the AFL-CIO, the federation of labor unions in the United States to direct the optimisation of $5 million in political spending. He then got a masters of Data Science from UC Berkeley. Prior to joining Tuki, he completed the Data Science for Social Good fellowship. In his free time he enjoys bicycling, yoga and parties.

Rafael Cardoso

Rafael is an Economics graduate with a strong connection to the Food Service and Hospitality Industry. Both his parents and uncles made their career in the industry. Being raised in such an environment eventually lead him to work in a Sports Bar and Café, contributing to generate an increased interest and connection with this area. After an Internship in a big national canteen management firm he joined Tuki hoping to help solve the Industry problems. In his free time, he likes to hang out with friends and family, parties and football.

Erick Duran

Data Science Intern

Erick is developing a career in Data Science. He is from El Salvador in Central America and has lived abroad (Brazil and Portugal) for several years making him easily get adapted to different cultures and people. He believes that efficiency can help society in different ways and that's why he enjoys what he is currently doing. In his free time he likes to go surfing, cook and hangout with his friends.

Océane is a french engineering student majoring in Computer Science at ECE Paris. She's currently running the solidarity pole at UPA, a humanitarien association that helps the most disadvantaged. In her free time she enjoys hiking, dancing and hanging out with her friends.

SPEAK connects newcomers and locals through language and culture exchange experiences. At SPEAK you can learn or practice a language in an informal way through games and dynamic sessions, you can also attend community organized events and learn more about different cultures while meeting people. The groups run for 12 sessions of 1.5 hours per week for €29 and the events are free and opened to everyone.
